Envirolyte Cell Technology Rejected by USPTO

The US patent office sent a final rejection to Valeri Iltsenko of Envirolyte for US patent application 12/111,733 due to prior art.

The patent examiner rejected the application as unpatentable over US patent application No. 7,374,645 “Davis” and among others US patent No. 8,002,955 “Daly” both exclusively licensed to Clarentis Technologies, LLC.

Aquaox LLC, an importer of equipment for the electrochemical activation of water manufactured in Estonia, also appears to be infringing on these patents based on the art of the electrolytic cells visible on the Aquaox website.
